Investors in People
In July of 2008 Fransen Roses expects to be a certified "Investor in People". This means that all employees at Fransen Roses will get the opportunity to unfold and develop themselves. People are at the centre at this organisation and are considered the most important capital.
Based on a meeting a Personal Development Plan (PDP) is made up for every employee. During this meeting they can indicate what their desires are with respect to function and future function development. If those desires are within the scope of the Fransen Roses company profile, a training plan is set up in which it is mentioned what knowledge this employee has to acquire before he/she can fill this function appropriately.
